1. Service
Aerodesign AI provides a control plane and a customer-plane connector. The connector is intended to be installed and operated by the customer or its authorized personnel.
2. Accounts and access
Accounts are provisioned by invitation and belong to an organization. Tenant admins manage user roles and connector issuance. You must keep credentials and setup files confidential.
3. Customer-plane connector
The customer is responsible for deploying and operating the connector, choosing connected data sources, and configuring least-privilege access. The customer determines what data is indexed and processed on the customer plane.
4. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for access control to your data sources, ensuring proper authorization, and validating outputs for high-stakes engineering decisions.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, or interfere with the service. Do not upload secrets into public areas. Treat setup files as confidential.
6. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's confidential information and use it only to provide or receive the service. Customers should treat connector setup files as secrets.
7. Warranty disclaimer
Outputs are provided "as is". You must verify compliance and engineering decisions using your organization's processes.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the relevant period. Replace this with your final liability clause.
9. Third-party services
The service may integrate with third-party providers for hosting, authentication, email delivery, storage, and customer-configured systems. Third-party terms and privacy policies may apply.
10. Governing law
Governing law and venue depend on the customer contract. Replace this with your applicable clause before production use.
